Sonic Reality & the McBroom Sisters

McBroom Sisters Vocal library

Sonic Reality is famous for a wide range of sample libraries featuring the recording
industries best and brightest talent. These libraries offer the owner a chance to have
their favorite players on their CD without having to fly them into a studio to use them.
Co-founer Dave Kerzner invited the McBroom Sisters Durga and Lorelei to record
vocals for a Pink Floyd collection that includes Nick Mason and Guy Pratt.

Engineer Fernado Perdomo, Durga, Lorelei and Dave Kerzner recorded tracks together in Los Angeles January 2013
for the vocal library and started a special McBroom Sisters project too!

Nick Mason also recorded drum tracks for the vocal library with Alan and Dave.

NAMM 2013 with Dave Kerzner, iRig and Telefunken.

DURGA AND LORELEI MCBROOM were guests of iRig at NAMM in Los Angeles.
The sisters also received Purple Telefunken live mics as an endorsement.

I know it's been 2 years but as busy as we all are it's not easy to get Dave, Durga
and I in the same city. Thankfully everything we've recorded will be worth the wait!

Dave Kerzner, Alan Parsons & the McBroom Sisters

Pink Floyd Tribute CD -

The legendary Pink Floyd album  "Dark SIde of the Moon" was engineered by Alan Parsons.
He brought Claire Tory in to sing "Great Gig in the Sky." He and producer Dave Kerzner
are working on a tribute CD honoring the 40th anniversary of the Dark Side release.
The McBroom Sisters are among several featured vocalists who will showcase abstract
vocal ad libs on that classic song.

Durga received the first call on this project in Los Angeles. She suggested they call Lorelei to do the hard high
singing and Dave Kerzner flew to New York and recorded we record in Conneticut.

Is was the beginning of a wonderful musical journey for both Durga and I with Dave Kerzner. We'll let you know
when it's available for public consumption.
